Return Policy

 
RETURNS CEM SRL intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to make one or more articles and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used. RETURN CONDITIONS To send CEM SRL one or more returns, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions: 1) - All items on sale on the site www.capricciostore.com are delivered to the customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the head and an applied card of the store. The garment should be tested without removing the tag and without tampering with the shop tag. The return will be accepted only with both intact cards, they will not be accepted under any circumstances with the cards cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with. 2) - The garments to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way. 3) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately. 4) - All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article. 5) - The goods to be returned must be delivered physically and only to the Express Courier within and not later than 7 working days from the delivery date. 6) - The customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article, must submit the return procedure and execute a new order on the site www.capricciostore.com 7) - Returns of underwear items, swimsuits, glasses, bracelets and perfumes will not be accepted. In case of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, CEM SRL reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send it back to the Customer at the expense of the latter. RETURN PROCEDURE A) - To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@capricciostore.com within 14 days. In the e-mail the codes of the items to be returned must be specified. Once the return request has been received, the customer service of Capriccio Store.com will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to be followed. B) - The shipping price will be charged to the customer.
	Send the package to Cem srl, Corso Garibaldi 11,80070 Monte di Procida (NA). Shipping is at the risk of the customer: Cem srl is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inappropriate packaging or delay in delivery. The articles must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.

All items returned will be subject to inspection by the staff of CEM SRL who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. E reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of returns and communicated to the Customer.

REFUND

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email of acceptance of the return. The refund will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) credit PayPal (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.

The jurisdiction in the event of disputes:
"This contract is regulated by the Italian law. In the case of consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent, if located in Italy. For any other controversy, the Court of Naples will be competent.
